One-time purchase
Payment for hardware products (Raspberry Pi + OpenClaw, Raspberry Pi + Nextcloud) is collected in full at the time of purchase via Square. Configuration and shipping begin after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks from your pre-ship configuration call.
Monthly billing cycle
Service billing follows a three-phase structure designed to align with your start date and then normalize to a predictable monthly cycle.
An invoice for the full monthly fee is issued immediately upon engagement, covering the period from your start date through the same date one month later.
On the first of the following calendar month, a pro-rata invoice is issued covering the remainder of that calendar month.
Invoices are issued on the first of each month for the full monthly fee, covering that calendar month.
Past due accounts
Invoices not paid within their stated terms are considered past due. We reserve the right to pause services on accounts more than 15 days past due, and to resume services upon receipt of payment. We will always reach out before pausing services.
Ending an engagement
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice delivered by email. Notice periods begin on the date the email is received. Any fees accrued through the end of the notice period are due per the standard billing terms above. Fees paid in advance for periods beyond the termination date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Rate adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. You will never receive a price increase without advance notice and the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect.
